Full description

Aweldeg is a small, comfortable 3 bed bungalow set on a corner plot to one end of a quiet village. It is set in approx. 2.7 acres and has rights on the adjacent common land. It stands right on the border of the National Park, but lies outside (the boundary to the property's land being the border of the park).
The land is divided into four enclosures, two large and two small. One of the smaller enclosures has been planted with Christmas trees which could easily be taken out. The other small enclosure contains a stand of mature pines.
There is very good walking, cycling and riding in the immediate vicinity and there are fine views over the Preseli Hills from the land.

The bungalow sits on a corner plot. Gated access leads to a parking / turning area to the front of the bungalow and also gives access to the Garage / Workshop. This is of block construction, measuring 5.75m x 4.1m, with up and over garage door. It stands to the side of the bungalow.

Beyond the drive is a lawned area.

To the rear of the bungalow is a small enclosed area of garden. Beyond this is the first enclosure of the land.

The Land
The land is divided into 4 enclosures. Two interconnecting fields lie behind the bungalow and these are grassland. This land has not been grazed for a while and could do with some improvement therefore.

In the field closest to the bungalow there is also a wildlife pond and a number of Christmas trees have been planted to the boundary.

Two much smaller enclosures lie across the road. One has a small stand of mature pines, whilst the other has been planted with Christmas trees. These could easily be removed to provide a small sheltered paddock or perhaps a vegetable garden.

Beyond the land on both sides of the road lies common land which the property has rights to graze. Whilst the property lies outside the National Park, the boundaries border the National Park.

There is good cycling, walking and riding in the immediate vicinity, much of it off road.

The property extends to approximately 2.7 acres in total.
