Red Kite Cottage
This cottage sleeps 2. It comprises a Living Room with kitchenette 4.75m max x 3.7m with electric fire; a Bedroom 3.45m x 2.4m with window to rear and built-in cupboards and a Shower Room with white WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle with electric shower.

The Old Dairy
This cottage sleeps 5 and benefits from oil-fired central heating. It comprises a Hall; Double Bedroom 3.38m x 2.85m; En Suite with white WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle; Living Room 4.1m x 4.5m with patio doors to rear; stairs to Mezzanine Bedroom; Kitchen 2.95m x 1.95m fully fitted with range of wall and base units, electric cooker, sink, central heating boiler; Bathroom 2.95m x 1.75m with white bath, wash hand basin and WC. From the lower yard a track leads down through the middle of the land. To one side of this lie the 6 upper fields. These are of gently sloping, clean pasture, with mature hedge boundaries and stock-proof fencing.
to the other side lie 6 further enclosures. These comprise rougher pasture, which is more sloping, and woodland, some of which is quite steep.

There is one small area of land at the end of the property where a previous occupant is buried. There is a covenant giving a family member right of access on foot to this area twice a year, by prior arrangement.
