One of the stone buildings, the dairy, has already been re-roofed including felt and battening in preparation for conversion. A further building in the range has also been recently re-roofed.

THE FARM

The area by the river is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and abounds with wildlife including otters, red kites and buzzards. These breed in the adjoining oak woodlands (Coed Foel) which are managed by the Woodland Trust. These woods offer plenty of walking.
