This holding lies in a peaceful rural location outside the village of Beulah which has a primary school and Post Office.  From Beulah, the popular seaside village of Aberporth is only 4 or 5 miles.

The market town of Newcastle Emlyn lies approx. 5 miles in the opposite direction.  Emlyn offers everything required for day to day life including doctors’ surgery, banks, secondary school etc.
